We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead with experience bringing games to market, working closely and creatively with internal and external development partners, and a track record of delivering commercial results all with brand alignment. Your communication and organizational skills will be instrumental in taking Big Blue Sky Games’ titles and products to players around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies leveraging market research, target audience analysis, and brand positioning for Big Blue Sky Games titles.
• Design and lead go-to-market campaign strategy, planning, and execution for Big Blue Sky’s portfolio of games; all in a timely fashion and within budget parameters.
• Collaborate across teams and with partners to deliver high quality assets and promotional material to support all marketing channels and business goals.
• Manage a global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and achievement of expected objectives.
• Lead marketing operations to create project timelines, delivery schedules, and production plans for portfolio titles.
• Plan and organize global marketing events, including trade shows, media events, etc. to increase awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance to develop recaps and reports to be shared with key stakeholders and teammates.

Experience and Requirements:

• 5+ years in brand, product, or channel marketing within the gaming or entertainment industries.
• Significant experience driving winning product marketing campaigns and launches using teammates, partners and vendors; preferably across global regions.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities to track and manage shifting priorities and anticipate potential issues early.
• Flexible communication skills to be a strong messenger to teammates, stakeholders, executives, partners, and vendors regardless of medium or channel.
• Track record of thinking strategically and creatively when it comes to ideation, execution, and growth.
