Our Culture

• Relaxed and inclusive. We pride ourselves on a very engaged and staff-centric workplace. Teams are not siloed away from one another, and we have a cooperative attitude towards self-improvement.
• No unnecessary hierarchy. We believe unnecessary middle management can get in the way of delivering great projects, so we allow you as much autonomy as possible.
• Results driven. We measure how the team is performing by what we're able to deliver to our clients. Delivering high quality work results in rewards such as bonuses and raises.
• Fair and equal pay. It should go without saying, but people at the same role should be paid the same. We use a level based system, meaning you have meaningful metrics to improve and reach the next pay bracket.

Wellness

• Work remotely. As a studio built around accessible working, you're able to work from home three of five days a week for on-site roles. Remote roles are completely remote, with optional on-site events.
• Flexible working hours. We have a flexi-time policy, the only limitation being you work the core hours of 11:00 to 14:00 and complete a full work-day.
• Healthy Lifestyle Scheme. Every person receives £50 a month allowance (non-accruable) to spend on health related products and services, such as fitness equipment / tech and gym memberships.
• No crunch. You will never be required to work more than the allotted hours in a week. Optional overtime does exist from time-to-time for those who'd like to earn extra, but this is approved on a case-by-case basis.

Benefits

• Paid time off. Twenty days of holiday a year, plus public holidays, maternity, paternity, adoption and sick leave.
• Performance bonuses. Going the extra mile should always result in benefits to the worker. We pay performance based bonuses regularly.
• Save As You Earn (SAYE). We have a Save As You Earn bonus scheme, which is tax free – at the end of the scheme you can take it out as a direct cash payment or for shares in the company.
• Transportation Assistance. We cover all reasonable fuel expenditure, rail cards and/or bus passes for you to be able to come into the office.
• Relocation Assistance. If you need to relocate, we may be able to help! We can assist with your relocation to a nearby area, including assistance finding housing, travel routes and more.
