We’re looking for a Roblox Game Director-someone who will take ownership of the entire Roblox game experience and treat it like it's their game. You’ll manage development, shape the vision, drive the production pipeline, and help build the systems and features that make this game unforgettable.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the vision and execution of our Roblox title from prototype to live service
• Managing and coordinating the team (scripters, modelers, UI, etc.)
• Defining and prioritizing features, mechanics, and monetization systems
• Driving creative direction, gameplay pacing, and user retention loops
• Coordinating regular updates, live ops, events, and performance tuning
• Working with our leadership team to align business goals, timelines, and quality
• Being a proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just questions

You Should Have:

• Proven experience shipping or directing a Roblox game (or multiple Roblox systems/features)
• Strong understanding of the Roblox platform, development pipeline, and audience
• Hands-on knowledge of scripting (Lua) and how to scope/manage technical challenges
• A creative eye for systems that encourage replayability, social play, and virality
• A track record of leadership: managing tasks, people, and deadlines
• Entrepreneurial energy-you’re self-driven and love building things from the ground up

Bonus Points For:

• Experience managing contractors or leading a small studio/team
• Background in live ops, monetization, and engagement-driven content
• Familiarity with successful Roblox titles, both from a player and design standpoint
• Understanding how to blend gameplay with social systems or marketplace dynamics
