  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across different game builds
  • Prioritize tasks, provide estimates and communicate progress to deliver features efficiently
  • Contribute creatively to problem-solving and feature design

  • Work within the existing game architecture, improving systems as needed
  • Optimize and refactor existing systems where needed

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in C# and Unity
  • Proficiency in game development across multiple systems (gameplay, UI, optimization, etc.)
  • Proven experience with multiplayer game development
  • Good understanding of animations, physics, and UI in Unity
  • Proven track record with shipped titles
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in performance optimization for game engines
  • Proactivity, passion and ability to improvise
  • Experience in implementing complex systems from scratch
  • Understanding of version control (Git)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and contribute to systems written by other developers

Bonus Skills:

  • Worked on games from the tycoon or simulator genres
  • Strong understanding of rendering and shaders
  • Experience with porting to consoles
  • Experience with tools like Unity Addressables
  • Familiarity with Steam integrations and deployment
  • Knowledge of indie game development pipelines

Additional Details:

  • Work Environment: 100% remote, with a preference for candidates in or near European time zones.
  • Collaboration: We value teamwork, creativity, and contributions that shape the direction of our projects.
  • Salary: $5,000 to $6,000 USD (depending on experience)

If you’re a seasoned developer looking for a role where you can make a real impact and help shape WaterPark Simulator, we’d love to hear from you!
