Fat Bear Games is seeking a skilled illustrator/concept artist to help create assets and direction for our upcoming game prototype. The ideal candidate would love the idea of defining the artistic direction that matches a worn-torn cassette futurism galaxy. They would have experience prototyping models for fictional species, be able to create vast environmental vistas that convey a sense of bewilderment and emotion, and create clean character models that ooze different personalities.

Fat Bear Games is an indie video game studio headquartered in the Midwest of the United States. However, we are a remote only studio with team members contributing from all across the world.
We're currently working on our first game, a science-fiction political roleplaying game titled Archon.
Archon is a narrative-driven science fiction political role-playing game. The player assumes the role of an Archon, a political figure who oversees control of trillions of lives in multiple solar systems. They will have to manage their House's resources while dealing with shifting technological ideologies, navigating cloak-and-dagger games with political rivals, and rebuilding a worn-torn galaxy.
