We’re IceCrack Games, the developers of Sil and the Fading World, a Solo-Raiding RPG heavily inspired by World of Warcraft, MMORPGs, and ARPGs.
We’re looking for a part-time Community Manager & Content Creator who can become one of the main community-facing personalities of the game.
This isn't a traditional Community Manager position. We already have a Community Manager handling much of our day-to-day community work. For this role, we're specifically looking for someone who is great on camera, deeply understands the games that inspire Sil, and is comfortable representing the game directly to our community.
We have an established community, an active Discord, and a public demo with an extremely positive reception. As we move toward release, we want to significantly expand the amount of video and community-facing content we produce.

Strong on-camera presence
This is the most important part of the position.
You should:
Strong gaming background
You need to genuinely understand the audience we're making this game for.
We're specifically looking for someone with significant World of Warcraft experience.
You should also be familiar with MMORPGs and ARPGs more broadly, such as:
You don't need thousands of hours in every game listed above, but terms like raids, rotations, DPS checks, aggro, telegraphs, builds, gearing, affixes, cooldowns, and endgame progression should feel completely natural to you.
We don't want someone who needs to learn gamer culture for the job. You should already be part of it.
Content creation experience
You should have experience with at least one of the following:
You should also already have access to a professional-looking content creation setup.
We're not expecting a production studio, but you should have:
Basic video editing and clipping experience is strongly preferred.
