Community Manager (10 hours per week)

• Excellent English writing skills
• Experience in fostering kind and caring communities
• Ability to create events and engagement in a community Discord
• Great teamworking skills
• Self-confidence
• Experience in working in a hybrid office or the ability to join us in-office in Cologne, Germany
• Emotional resilience when engaging with the internet
• Based in Germany - Cologne or Northrhine-Westfalia preferred
• Understand the appeal of Tiny Bookshop

Your tasks will include:

• Managing a community Discord.
• Working with community moderators.
• Creating events and engagement in the community Discord and on Reddit.
• Chatting with our communities on Reddit and Steam.
• Working as part of an overarching marketing strategy.

Marketing Manager (20-30 hours per week)

• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Great teamworking skills
• Ability to create image materials and texts for social media platforms
• Solid graphic design skills
• Ability to continue the visual design language of the existing marketing
• Emotional resilience when engaging with the internet
• Experience in working in a hybrid office or the ability to join us in-office in Cologne, Germany
• Based in Germany - Cologne or Northrhine-Westfalia preferred
• Creating short form videos
• Playing and recording footage from in-development games
• Having opened the Unity game engine before would be a plus
• Understand the appeal of Tiny Bookshop

Your tasks will include:

• Work with us to create and organise marketing campaigns around game milestones and events.
• Create content for short form video.
• Create short form text posts.
• Create marketing images or work with the team to create high quality marketing images.
• Create Steam announcements.
• Create press releases and organise publicly available materials.
• Organise booths for expos.
