Our first title is a Narrative Tactical RPG that blends the strategic complexity of Fire Emblem, the narrative depth of Baldur’s Gate 3, and the satirical comedy of Helldivers 2.

The game is currently entering production and has a projected launch date at the end of Q2 2025, so not too far away!

An extremely funny dialogue writer with a love of fantasy!

  • A love of making games! A collaborative mindset! Kindness, empathy, and all the other things that generally make for coworkers you end up loving to spend time with

Nice to Have:

  • A love of TV shows like “The Great” and “Succession,” along with more traditional comedies like “Parks and Rec” and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” (Monty Python is a big plus too!)
  • Experience working with branching dialogue systems (YarnSpinner, Ink, etc.)
  • Previously shipped titles
  • A love of Tactical RPGS and Narrative Games

Compensation:

  • Compensation depends on seniority/level of applicant (with a range of $1,600 to 4,000 USD per month)
  • Profit share in game, salary, or a combination of both
  • Full or half time, number of weekly hours negotiable
  • We want you to want to work here, so we’ll strive to create a structure that gets you excited about the project

Work/Life Balance:

One of the main reasons we started our own studio was to build a world-class working environment. With over a decade of experience in the gaming industry, we’ve seen (and personally dealt with) our fair share of burnout. That’s why our company places such a high value on work/life balance, sustainable production, and flexibility. Games are fun, and making them should be too.

Please fill out the application form and we’ll get back to you if we feel there could be a good match!
