Position: Junior Production Coordinator — Full-Time, 6 Month Contract
Location: Ontario, Canada (Remote)
Type: Full-time, 6-month contract
Level: Junior
About the Game
We’re building Reply All — a roguelike deckbuilder where email is turn-based combat. It’s a systems-driven game with a strong narrative voice, blending strategy, humor, and the chaos of workplace communication. We’re a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes beyond their role.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Production Coordinator at the start of their career, someone who understands how games get made and is excited to help keep things moving.
This is a hands-on, learning-heavy role. You’ll support the team by helping track tasks, coordinate across disciplines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. In a small team, that also means stepping in wherever help is needed, which, depending on your skills and background, may include working in the Unreal Engine, creating game ready assets, testing and balancing, and assisting in marketing the game.
If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow, this is a great opportunity to gain real production experience on a shipped title.
