Working Arrangement: 100% Remote

Hours: 40 hours/week, Sunday-Thursday, 8 hours/day

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of programming experience
  • Deep understanding of Godot Engine
  • Experience implementing gameplay systems and mechanics
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work closely with artists and designers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
  • No generative AI used in the development of the game

 

Bonuses

  • Previously shipped a game
  • Experience leading a programming team
  • Experience working on commercial games
  • Experience with 2D game development

 

Remote Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Computer capable of running Godot and development tools
  • Suitable workspace
  • Able to communicate and manage tasks independently
