About Ride the Lion Studios
Ride the Lion Studios is an independent game development studio developing Tamer: King of Dinosaurs, an Early Access adult action/adventure harem game that currently has a 93% positive recent review score on Steam!

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced video game marketing professional or marketing agency to lead the commercial marketing of our current Steam title, Tamer: King of Dinosaurs, through its Early Access development and full 1.0 release.
This is not a pre-launch project looking to establish whether there is an audience. Tamer is already commercially proven on Steam with a massive wishlist count, great revenues, high revenue, an established player base, etc.
We also have a clear roadmap of major content updates planned that is currently on schedule to bring us to a full 1.0 release in Q1 2027.
What we need is an experienced marketing partner who can help turn an already successful product into a substantially larger commercial success.

You should have meaningful experience marketing premium PC/Steam games and be able to show us games or campaigns you've personally worked on.
What You'll Be Doing

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how to generate new sales for an existing Steam game, rather than focusing exclusively on pre-launch wishlist acquisition.
Results Matter
We're not looking for someone whose primary deliverables are social posts, impressions, email counts, or the number of Steam keys distributed.
Our primary objective is sustainable revenue growth.
We want someone who can look at our existing sales data, audience, Steam presence, upcoming development roadmap, and marketing budget and develop a concrete plan for expanding the game's reach.
We expect marketing activity to be tracked with meaningful KPIs such as creator coverage, qualified traffic, wishlist growth, conversion, attributable sales, acquisition costs, and return on marketing spend where attribution is possible.
Adult Content
Tamer is a full-scale action/adventure game that also contains explicit adult sexual content.
Candidates and agencies must be comfortable working with an adult game and understand that this creates restrictions on certain advertising platforms and media channels.
However, previous experience marketing adult games is appreciated but not required.
In fact, we're particularly interested in experienced mainstream video game marketers who understand PC gaming audiences and are comfortable adapting their existing strategies to a mature product.
Tamer can be played as a more traditional product with the adult content switched off in “SFW” mode, so this should be marketed properly as well.

Our first project will be a high-quality adaptation of his most famous series: Tamer - King of Dinosaurs.
We’re a tightly knit team that has worked together for many years and our last project actually hit number one on Steam!
Tamer: King of Dinosaurs is a narrative-driven adventure game with a high-end performance capture pipeline and gameplay inspired by ARK: Survival Evolved and the Monster Hunter series.
The story follows a young man named Victor who has been abducted by aliens for unknown reasons and brought to a planet where he must fight for survival in a world overrun by vicious prehistoric beasts.
In addition to using his newfound taming powers to control dinosaurs and provide food and water for the women he has sworn to protect, their survival will involve a race against time to establish shelter before they are overrun by the impending migration of very hungry and dangerous monsters.
We’ve been lucky to have some incredible jobs working at and partnering with some of the biggest brands in video games.
But we’ve never had more fun and been more fulfilled than when we were working with indie game developers.
