Stencil is a mixed reality app that helps artists bring their designs onto real-world surfaces. Our users use it for murals, painting, chalk art, teaching, and other creative and practical projects.

We’re looking for an experienced growth marketer to join our small team to help more artists discover Stencil and build relationships with the creators who show off our app.

The role

You’ll lead our growth marketing and creator partnerships, developing campaigns that bring us new customers and strengthen our artist community. You’ll have room to shape the approach, explore new opportunities, and build on what works.

What you’ll do

• Find and develop relationships with artists, creators, and potential partners.
• Plan and run a creator program and creator campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, and coordination.
• Develop marketing initiatives that grow awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Manage Stencil’s social media channels, share artists’ work, coordinate content with creators, and help build an engaged artist community.
• Track results, test new ideas, and improve our approach based on what you learn.

Your initial focus will be building and running our creator partnership program, with social content and growth experiments supporting that work.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience preferred, including hands-on creator partnerships and social media management.
• Confidence building relationships and taking campaigns from an idea through to launch.
• A good understanding of audience fit, acquisition, and campaign performance.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to take ownership of your work.

Experience with artists, creative tools, or consumer apps is a plus, as is an interest in XR.
