Trellis is looking for a highly motivated and creative technical designer to join our team in the early development of Yule, an ARPG leveraging fine-grained social mechanics to create meaningful interaction for our audience.
Trellis is an independent game studio with a focus on creating multiplayer experiences. Our ethos is rooted in our experience as players, and a love for good games that cultivate memorable moments between individuals. We believe in the importance of refined and artful games, both in their role as a storytelling medium and in their ability to provide powerful experiences to an audience.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering and design team to bring action combat, RPG, and social systems to life through rapid prototyping, execution and iteration. You will be responsible for diagramming and documenting game systems, while also utilizing in-engine tooling to prototype your ideas.
