Six Ton Axe Games is an independent videogame studio based in Austin, Texas. Our completely remote team is built with talent from all over the world. Bringing experience from meta, electronic arts, santa monica studio, thq and more, We are currently crafting our debut atmospheric horror title and we cannot wait to show you what we have in store…
Our debut project is a narrative driven atmospheric horror experience. Set in a dark and unforgiving post-war time period, players will explore an isolated Boarding School deep in the rural countryside. To uncover the mystery of your long-lost sister you’ll have to keep your wits about you as you survive against the monstrous denizens of the compound.
We’ve been lucky to have some incredible jobs working at and partnering with some of the biggest brands in video games.
But we’ve never had more fun and been more fulfilled than when we were working with indie game developers.
Everyone in games should have that much fun.
Our hope is that Work With Indies will connect job seekers with the most rewarding, most inspirational, and most fun jobs they've ever had.
