• FULLY REMOTE. Ability to work remotely (limited to UK and European time zones to facilitate collaboration). Currently, everyone working at Virtex is full-time remote across 10+ different countries!

• SEASONAL BREAKS & TEAM TRIPS. We close for one week in summer and winter to ensure all team members are disconnecting at the same time. We also get together IRL as a company a minimum of once a year in different locations for team building.
