We’re Berry Bite, a small indie studio making Humblets, a cozy game set in a fantasy world. We’re now looking for Concept Artists (Character or Environment) to join us on a short-term contract. If you love designing charming characters or fun environments in an imaginative fantasy world, this could be a great fit for you!

✨ What You’ll Do

• Character role: create concept designs for characters, animals, and more
• Environment role: create concept designs for environments, buildings, props, and more
• Provide clear visuals that will guide our 3D artist while they turn your designs into in-game assets
• Illustrate a few polished concepts that can be used as promotional material (for social media, etc.)
• Work from our references while also contributing your own ideas that capture the bubbly, cozy fantasy tone

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio showing concept art, with bonus points for fantasy or cozy themes
• Ability to work from references, shaping rough ideas into clear, concept sketches and taking initiative when things are loosely defined
• A good eye for tone, personality, and playful worldbuilding matching the art style of our game
• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Contract Duration: Around 2 months
• Location: Remote
