As Producer, you will play a pivotal role in managing our projects and spearheading our business development efforts. This position is central to our growth strategy, involving the development of business plans, partnership cultivation, and funding acquisition. The role is initially for a 12-month period, with the possibility of extension.

- Position: Full-Time (32 hours/week, 4 days/week)
- Salary: $40-$60/hour (CAD), based on experience
- Duration: 12-Months, with possibility of extension
- Location: Remote, Pacific Time Zone (Canada preferred, but not required. Possible option for hybrid for Vancouver-based candidates)
What you’ll do:
- Strategically manage a range of project initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Drive business development strategies to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, exploring additional service offerings and upselling opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry partners, clients, and investors.
- Understand client and partner objectives and translate them into clear and actionable project plans with realistic scope.
- Actively seek out and secure funding opportunities to support ongoing and future projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies to meet market demands.

- Solid experience in project management within the gaming or tech sectors.
- Strong business acumen with a knack for strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in building professional networks and partnerships.
- Background in securing project funding and managing resources.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry and its evolving landscape.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a Producer role or similar role within the gaming industry.
- Familiarity with VR and AI game development.
- History of successful business development in the gaming field.
- Experience working with market channel partners like Meta and Sony
- Experience in collaborating with publishers, beneficial for understanding the dynamics of game publishing and distribution.
- Background in working with the music industry, especially relevant for our music-based games and for forging partnerships in this domain.
