Computer Lunch Games is looking for a Producer to join our close-knit team of game development nerds.

This is a full time position, based in Brooklyn, New York City, with an expectation for onsite work 3 days a week. The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades type who isn’t afraid to dive into complex problems and own the outcomes. They are an independent self-starter with excellent communication skills. They know how to balance creativity and structure. They welcome constructive feedback, and are comfortable with iterative processes. They are ambitious and flexible. And, of course, they love games.

Responsibilities

  • Lead game development and communications of day-to-day tasks and scheduling
  • Identify and communicate roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals, and provide regular progress updates to their manager
  • Drive the completion of your team’s project goals by supporting them through ownership of communication, process, and tracking
  • Is willing to be hands on to help complete tasks, e.g. by sourcing images or learning to use new tools, data portals or software
  • Help leadership make informed decisions on priorities, process, and resourcing

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a game production (or equivalent) role
  • Worked as a producer in a live operations environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication 
  • Strong project management and people skills
  • Collaborative and experienced in coordinating teams across multiple disciplines
  • Focused on company leadership priorities 
  • Highly technical and comfortable with build pipelines and GitHub
  • Detail-oriented, quality focused, and player centric
  • Calm and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Present at the Brooklyn office 3 days a week
  • Must be allowed to legally work in the United States

 

Nice-To-Haves

  • Shipped at least one free-to-play mobile game 
  • Familiar with project management and bug tracking software
  • Strong understanding of mobile/social and market competition
  • An enthusiasm for evolution and other science-related topics
  • A love for playing mobile games, especially idle games
  • A rudimentary understanding of Unity and/or C#
  • Familiarity with platform control panels, e.g. Apple Connect, Google Play, Steamworks

 

Compensation 

  • Annual Salary: 70-90K USD 
  • Health insurance

    • 10 days paid vacation per year
    • 2 weeks paid company-wide time off in July
    • 2 weeks paid company-wide time off in December 
  • Relocation reimbursement available
