For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Oversee all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Discord, etc.), actively responding to DMs, comments, and mentions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, maintaining a flexible content calendar.
- Create and curate engaging, trend-aligned content, including images, videos, streams, tutorials, and guides.
- Foster an active and positive community by engaging with fans and organizing events.
- Ability to draft and publish news, updates, events, and external communications across various platforms.
- Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports to communicate community feedback and suggestions to the team.
- Collaborate with influencers to boost engagement and exposure.
- Communicate externally with platforms & press/media for scheduling updates and announcements
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- 1+ years of experience in social media management and community building, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Proven experience in growing audiences for video game titles on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, Discord etc.
- Strong understanding of current internet trends and how to incorporate them into content.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for live streams or video content.
- Passion for gaming and an active involvement in gaming communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to draft and publish news, updates, events, and external communications across various platforms.
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, community-focused attitude.
- Ability to create engaging, high-quality content.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
