Team Agenda is on a mission: to create globally acclaimed games from the heart of Saudi Arabia. We’re a small team with big ambitions, and we’re currently developing an announced fast-paced 2D robbery action game targeting PC and PS5.

We’re looking for a Level Designer with game design instincts and Unity experience to help us craft levels that are smart, stylish, and unforgettable.

If you love designing action-packed moments, weaving stealth into rhythm-based movement, and making players feel clever, you might be the person we’re looking for.

🕹️ About The Game

The game is a premium 2D action game set in a hyper-capitalist dystopia where thieves fight to dismantle a monopolized society. You’ll play as Stutt, a seasoned bandit sprinting through evolving corporate towers in rhythmic, high-stakes heists.

  • 🎭 Narrative Depth: A unique speech-related gameplay mechanic that ties directly into the character's personality and story
  • 🧠 Innovative Stealth: Hide on enemies’ backs mid-mission - literally
  • 🔁 Evolving Heist Maps: One building, many visits - always changing
  • ⚔️ Boss Showdowns: Each heist ends in a dramatic 1-on-1 boss fight

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

  • 🎯 Design 2D levels that feel fast, replayable, and expressive
  • 🔁 Build environments that evolve across repeated visits
  • 👻 Add creative gameplay twists
  • 🤝 Work closely with our creative director, programmer, and artist to turn bold ideas into functional, fun gameplay
  • 🧪 Iterate based on testing and feedback until it feels just right
  • 🎨 Add atmosphere

✅ What We’re Looking For

We don’t do “must-have 10 years of AAA experience” checklists here. We care about skill, creativity, and taste.

You’re a fit if you:

  • Have made levels in Unity 2D
  • Have a portfolio showing actual games or prototypes
  • Know how to build for flow, stealth, and fast decision-making
  • Can translate weird ideas (“what if the enemies were bats?”) into great gameplay
  • Are excited about working in a small, ambitious indie team
  • Bonus: Experience designing games with evolving missions, duels, or stealth
