It’s a first-of-its-kind immersive interactive escape room game with a Yandere AI girlfriend powered by ChatGPT. She does not want to let you out of the room, but you want to get out in whatever way possible – and with her as an AI NPC empowered by ChatGPT, there are endless ways to do so!

Our current project is AI2U: With You 'Til The End, a first-person escape room adventure game with AI-powered NPCS who are desperate to keep you by their side... so much so that they will resort to drastic measures to keep you from leaving! Explore the environment, solve puzzles, and uncover mysteries in different levels with various themes.

Job Description

AlterStaff is seeking a highly motivated, trendy, and passionate Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement with our games. The current focus is on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have experience creating social media content for other games, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to fuel future tactics. A keen eye for internet and gaming trends is key, plus a sense of humor! This role will be vital in continuing to grow all existing and future social platforms and audiences globally.

This remote role is a full-time 3-month contract position, with an opportunity for extension at the end of the contract.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media editing and scheduling tools and platforms, including but not limited to Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Metricool, and Sprout Social.
• Proven experience growing audiences for other titles on TikTok, YouTube & YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X, Instagram, or other popular platforms- ideally for other video game titles.
• Ability to create engaging, daily posts and the readiness to capitalize on internet and game development trends quickly.
• Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Excellent knowledge of the social media landscape and global social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity or some basic understanding of AI.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with our game and its community.

Responsibilities

• Manage all social media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter/X, Facebook and more.
• Create and maintain regular social media content and a calendar while remaining flexible and reacting to trends.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to fans while fostering a positive community and adding value to their experience.
• Grow audiences and convert followers to Steam Wishlists and game purchases.
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media campaigns.
• Stay updated with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Join regular meetings to report social media growth results and collaborate with the marketing team.
• Assist the marketing and cross-functional teams with other tasks such as community events, playtests, and general marketing needs.
