About
Evolite Studio

We don't just hire talent, we actively invest in them. Placing them at the core of everything we do. We champion full autonomy in decision-making, empowering you to accelerate your professional growth.

Our Philosophy

The Guiding Principles that Drive Our Success

  • Player Experience is the North Star. Regardless of your role (code, art, budget, or press), every decision we make must ultimately serve the goal of delivering the best, most polished experience to our players. If it doesn't improve the game or the process of making it, rethink it.
  • Protect the Fun & the Finish Line. We value sustainable effort over burnout. Be honest about your capacity, plan realistically, and respect defined work boundaries. We work hard, but we are fiercely Anti-Crunch. Rest is a feature, not a bug.
  • Challenge the Work, Support the Worker. We foster a culture of open, candid feedback, but it must be focused on the product, never the person. Debate ideas fiercely, commit to the decision fully, and always respect your colleagues. Critique the asset, empower the teammate.
  • Prioritize the Human Connection. We recognize that human connection and well-being are the most important things in life. Our strength comes from our bonds, so we commit to building authentic, supportive relationships founded on empathy and kindness. Be present for your teammates; they are your most valuable resource.
  • Own Your Craft, Teach Your Skill. Strive for excellence in your domain, whether you're optimizing server stability or drafting a press release. More importantly, we are a learning organization: mentor others and share your knowledge freely. We grow together.
  • Be a Game Maker AND a Game Player. Stay connected to the industry and the core product. Play our games, play competitor games, and understand player sentiment. Your perspective as a fan is essential for your role as a creator. If you don't love what we're making, nobody will.

If you agree on the above, you're already one of us!

Uncover a world where memories are magic and forgetting is a threat! Noor is a top-down action-adventure game inspired by ancient Arabic mythology.
