Vendetta is an indie publishing-as-a-service company and a subsidiary of Infinitize, a boutique strategic digital media consultancy that helps brands leverage community engagement and content creation - with clients spanning the gaming, K-pop, anime, art, and cultural niches.

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to own strategy and execution across all major ad networks—including paid social, search, display, programmatic, and video platforms—to drive Steam wishlists, game sales, and player acquisition.

This role is open to candidates globally and you’ll work closely with our campaign, social, and creator teams to turn our best-performing organic content and creator moments into scalable paid engines.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion (wishlist/sales)
  • Build channel plans across: Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube), X, Reddit, Twitch, programmatic networks
  • Allocate budgets based on platform performance, audience segments, and lifecycle stage
  • Set up and manage campaigns across all major ad platforms
  • Build and maintain campaign structures, audience targeting (interest, lookalike, retargeting), and creative rotations
  • Launch and manage store traffic campaigns (Steam pages), demo downloads, and launch sales pushes
  • Partner with creative/social teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Continuously refresh creatives to avoid fatigue
  • Optimize campaigns daily/weekly based on performance signals
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track and share insights
  • Manage pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution models
  • Work with landing pages and storefronts to improve conversion rates

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Proven experience managing performance budgets with measurable ROI
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or digital consumer products strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution
  • Ability to analyze data and turn it into clear optimizations
  • Familiarity with Steam ecosystem and wishlist conversion is a major plus
  • Experience launching indie or mid-tier games is a major plus
  • Experience working remotely in fast-paced, scrappy environments
