Vendetta is an indie publishing-as-a-service company and a subsidiary of Infinitize, a boutique strategic digital media consultancy that helps brands leverage community engagement and content creation - with clients spanning the gaming, K-pop, anime, art, and cultural niches.
We’re looking for a Social Marketing Intern who lives and breathes gaming culture and social media. This role will help our team create, test, and optimize social-first content that drives awareness, wishlists, and community growth for indie games.
This role is open to candidates in the US and Canada.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Twitter daily for emerging trends
- Identify viral formats, audios, memes, and editing styles
- Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Support social rollouts tied to announcements, demos, and launches
- Edit and produce short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Turn gameplay clips into viral-ready formats (memes, hooks, loops, edits, POVs, etc.)
- Draft captions, hooks, and on-screen text optimized for engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep passion for indie games and gaming culture
- Active consumer of gaming content on TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.
- Strong understanding of what makes content go viral
- Familiarity with TikTok editing styles, pacing, and hooks
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Creative and chronically online (in a good way)
- Organized and comfortable working remotely
- Passionate about internet culture and fandom
- Excited to help indie games succeed
